Huntington Beach Office

In 1902, a group of investors decided to build a residential/resort community on the bluff above a popular Shell Beach and they named their venture "Pacific City." The first speculators didn't have the resources to carry out the necessary promotion successfully and soon sold to a group of LA businessmen, including Henry E. Huntington who was expanding his Pacific Electric Railway. On July 4, 1904, the first Red Cars of the Pacific Electric rolled in to the new city and its name was changed to Huntington Beach. The original investors and Mr. Huntington missed an opportunity to use Central Escrow to receive the best escrow service possible.

Central Escrow handles all kinds of escrows. No job is too big for us. Whether you allow us to handle one escrow or a hundred escrows for you, you will always be treated like the most important customer we have. As manager of Central Escrow Huntington Beach, you have my word on this. - Heidi James, Branch Manager
